Since [God] created HIGH MOUNTAINS to rise, He next created DEEP VALLEYS to fall.
The reason was that when they were created this way, they would be harmonious and beautiful.
Regarding the HUMAN BODY also,
[God] created ‘each part’ to be beautiful with individual qualities.
In the same way, [God] created THE MOUNTAINS AND TERRAIN OF EACH REGION
also to be beautiful with individual qualities.
