God together with the Holy Spirit and the Holy Son, created heaven and earth perfectly. From the very beginning, from before He began making them, God designed them perfectly and made them perfectly. (That is) They designed perfectly before taking action. This is the way the Divine Being takes action and the way you become a divine being.
